  • Fresh

    Fresh fragrances comprise of several subfamilies, including citrus, green, mineral, and ozone. Fresh fragrances often contain notes of lemon, grapefruit, bergamot, rose, jasmine, sea salt, grass, ripen berries. Think Black Currant + Hay or Rose Jasmine

  • Floral

    Floral scents are the most common and are comprised by combining one or more florals notes to create a bouquet. The most common note is Rose but more modern floral notes like Heather, Ylang Ylang and Geranium are becoming increasingly popular.

  • Amber

    Amber or Oriental fragrances consist of notes that are warm, spicy and exotic such as Cinnamon, Amber and Vanilla. Like other fragrance families, Herbal notes blend well with others to create a more nuance scent profile. Think Mandarin + Myrrh or Oak + Bourbon.

    Woody fragrances are distinctive by their rich woody characteristics. Notes from materials like trees, resin, moss, bark, pine cones and roots set this fragrance family apart. Woody notes are often blended with the other fragrance families to add warm and depth to a particular scent.
